Senior Associate in Bulger Partners’ strategy consulting practice with a focus on advising tech-focused funds and their portfolio companies on commercial due diligence and strategy topics.


Ryan is a Senior Associate within Bulger Partners’ strategy consulting team, focusing on advising PE and VC clients and their portfolio companies on target acquisition attractiveness and value creation engagements. He has supported tech-enabled companies in improving internal R&D processes as well as outlining effective go-to-market strategy.

Throughout his career, Ryan has established his expertise in Technology Due Diligence advising clients on over 40 potential acquisitions and has also worked closely with portfolio company management strategizing and executing numerous value creation engagements including Software Development Effectiveness, Technology Strategy and Roadmap, M&A Strategy, and Market Sizing/Segmentation. Ryan has had exposure to various software industries including Financial Technology (FinTech), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Capital Management (HCM).

Prior to Bulger Partners, Ryan spent time as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he worked on the Counterparty Derivative Risk Management and Securities Lending desk in New York City. Previously, Ryan worked as a Summer Analyst for Bank of New York Mellon in the Private Banking Wealth Management Division.

Ryan received his BA in Business Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations from Brown University.
